  • Complete Frame & Lens Protection: The Precision Promise covers complete pairs of glasses, including both the frame and lenses, helping protect your eyewear investment from the unexpected.
  • Built Around Real Life: Kids grow. Prescriptions change. Accidents happen. The Precision Promise was created to support the realities of everyday life and help you feel confident in your eyewear purchase.

Sometimes the issue isn't that your glasses are broken. Sometimes your needs change, your prescription changes, or you discover a different option would work better for your lifestyle.

Important to Know

Like any warranty program, there are a few details to keep in mind.

  • The Precision Promise applies to complete pairs of glasses, including frames and lenses.
  • Glasses must be recognizable and surrendered to begin the replacement process.
  • Repairable glasses may be repaired instead of replaced.
  • Replacement lenses must use the original prescription and original frame model unless otherwise specified by the program.
  • Coverage may vary based on insurance plans, vision discount plans, unions, or plan-provided products.
  • Lost or stolen glasses are not covered.
  • Certain discontinued, closeout, or excluded products may not qualify.
