Dr. Mackenzie Kirkpatrick loves helping patients find solutions. Whether she's helping a child see the board clearly at school, fitting a patient with contact lenses, or answering questions during a comprehensive eye exam, she enjoys helping people feel confident about their vision and eye health.
Education
Dr. Kirkpatrick grew up in Bay City, Texas, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Texas A&M University. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.

She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping families find solutions that fit their unique vision needs.
During optometry school, Dr. Kirkpatrick participated in service trips with SVOSH, helping provide free eye exams and glasses to patients in Belize and Mérida, Mexico.
Outside the Office
When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Kirkpatrick enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, serving in her local church, and cheering on the Fighting Texas Aggies.
